Dr. Hereford this week sold the building in which he has his grocery store to C.C. Johnson and is going to close out his stock immediately. They have bought a home in Wichita and will live there at least during the winter, and Miss Jenny will attend school there. After that, Dr. Hereford says they have no definite plans.

Dr. Braddock of Spearville, who will be associated with Dr. C.A. Branch, is now at Wichita buying a complete new dental outfit.

A very large crowd enjoyed the hospitality of Mr. and Mrs. T.W. Spachek of Pilsen Monday night at a wedding dance. The wedding of Mr. Spachek and Miss Neuwirth occurred Monday and a great many friends gathered to extend congratulations.

Early risers Monday morning were treated to a wonderful display of the aurora borealis, which lighted the whole northern sky. Did you see it?

Santa Fe westbound passenger smashed a wagon Monday which was ready to load bricks from a car near the Marion Equity elevator. No one was in the wagon.
