Dr. Entz, county health officer, reports two hundred and ninety-two cases of flu in the county yesterday morning, and new cases constantly developing. His latest Instructions will be found elsewhere in today’s Record.

C.F. Ferm has begun remodeling his recently-purchased business building adjoining the Bank of Commerce on the west.

The entire stone front is being torn down and a modern brick front will be put in. A new stairway is to be constructed and the whole building modernized.

The Marigold Oil Company will occupy the entire building.

John Madden, well known by the older residents here, was in town Monday from Wichita, on business at the courthouse.

The remodeling of the room west of the Farmers & Drovers National Bank for picture show purposes is progressing finely and will soon be ready for business. It will be modern show house throughout, of which Harry Rogers, the proprietor, may well be proud.
