Like the falling of an autumn leaf, or like the going out of a candle, the spirit of good old mother Mulllineaux parted from its frail tenement Tuesday evening. Suddenly, quietly, painlessly the exchange of worlds was made. She was eighty-three years of age, and had been in feeble health for a long time.

Mr. H. Rosenberg is building a house on his new eighty-acre farm.

Jacob Ehrlich had the misfortune to have his smokehouse and its contents burned last Friday. He was smoking meat at the time. The wind was blowing hard, and but for the timely aid of W.H. Roberts and Frank Griffith, a large straw stack and the barn would have caught fire.
