Accident reports released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

US-77 south of 140th Rd.

A tire blowout at 3:17 p.m. Nov. 28 caused a 2006 International truck owned and driven by Arthur Thomison, 66, of rural El Dorado to veer 521 feet into a wheat field owned by Joyce Padgett of rural Florence.

Jack Moore, 56, of a different rural El Dorado address was a passenger. No injuries were reported.

30th Rd. east of Old Mill Rd.

Krystal Mendez-Campos, 33, Peabody, hit a deer with her 2012 Toyota Four Runner at 7:02 a.m. Dec. 1.

Kanza Rd. south of 240th Rd.

Keith Evanoff, 63, Tampa, hit and killed a deer with his 1998 Lincoln at 7:21 p.m. Dec. 1.

Indigo Rd. south of 90th Rd.

Winter Waple, 20, Derby, hit a deer with her 2009 Hyundai Sonata at 1:12 p.m. Dec. 2.

US-56 west of Limestone Rd.

Tracy Grafton, 42, Hutchinson, hit and killed a deer with a 2015 Audi A3 owned by Amie Grafton of the same address at 5:55 p.m. Dec. 4.

Kanza Rd. south of 220th Rd.

Ronald Davis, 54, Ramona, hit and killed a deer with his 2010 Mazda RX7 at 6:08 p.m. Dec. 6.
