Nationstar Mortgage filed a petition Jan. 29 against Terry and Beverly Seger and Capital One Bank seeking to foreclose a mortgage on property at 308 N. Ash. St., Hillsboro.

Corey A. Shields was ordered Jan. 22 to pay Woden Finance, LLC $1,496.16 plus costs and interest for an unpaid credit account.

Thomas Trezise filed a petition Jan. 29 against Casey’s General Stores seeking more than $75,000 for hospital, medical and incidental expenses, permanent injuries and disability, lost wages, pain and suffering, mental anguish, disfigurement, and loss of enjoyment of life. Trezise claims he slipped on ice Feb. 8, 2019, as he got out of his car to pump fuel at Casey’s in Marion.

Wells Fargo Bank filed a petition Jan. 29 against George W. and Kari A. Moore seeking to foreclose a mortgage on property at 308 N. Maple St., Peabody.
