NEW jailings

Samantha A. Adkins, 30, Hillsboro, arrested Saturday by sheriff’s deputies on two warrants alleging failure to appear in court. Held in lieu of $15,000 surety bond. Previously jailed March 1 to 3 on suspicion of possession of opiates and drug paraphernalia.

Joseph A. Biehler, 30, Hillsboro, arrested Monday by Hillsboro police on a warrant alleging failure to appear in court. Released three hours later on $500 cash bond. Previously jailed May 8 to 9, 2018, on suspicion of possession of drugs, drug paraphernalia, criminal use of a weapon, and defective tail lamp, Oct. 6, 2018, for probation violation, Feb. 22 to 24, 2019, for probation violation, Nov. 9 to 10 for possession of opiates, criminal possession of a weapon, interference with law enforcement, and possession of a stolen firearm, Dec. 14 to 15 for failure to appear in court, Jan. 4 to 5 on suspicion of burglary and theft, Feb. 24 and Feb 24 to 25 on warrants for failure to appear in court, and Aug. 22 on suspicion of driving while his license was canceled or revoked.

James B. Brown, 46, Halstead, arrested Friday by Goessel police on a warrant alleging failure to appear in court. Released Monday on his own recognizance. Previously jailed May 31 to June 1, 2018, on a McPherson County warrant, July 3 to 16, 2018, on suspicion of possession of opiates, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct, Feb. 20 to July 16, 2018, for failure to appear, and July 3 to 16, 2019, for probation violation.

Joshua E. Lyndon-David, 17, Peabody, arrested Sept. 9 by sheriff’s deputies on two warrants alleging contempt of court. Held without bond.

Shannon T. Lehr, 38, Herington, arrested Sept. 8 by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of probation violation. Released three hours later on $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Oct. 11 to 13 to serve a 48-hour sentence and Jan. 15 for probation violation.

Ashley B. Loomis, 31, Peabody, arrested Thursday by sheriff’s deputies on a warrant for failure to appear in court. Released two hours later on $5,250 surety bond. Previously jailed Oct. 17, 2018 for failure to appear in court, Dec. 11, 2018 for obstructing apprehension, and July 10, 2019, Oct. 18, Nov. 27, Feb. 16, July 2, and Aug. 23 to 25, all for failure to appear in court.

Justin M. Loomis, 27, Peabody, jailed Thursday on suspicion of failure to appear in court. Released two and a half hours later on $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Feb. 26, 2018, for attempted burglary, May 17 to Aug. 14, 2018, for failure to appear in court, and Jan. 3 to 7 for failure to appear in court.

Lindsay J. Pallesi, 38, Council Grove, jailed Sept. 9 for hold for Morris County.

Christopher R. Wilson, 31, Marion, arrested Tuesday by Marion police on suspicion of five counts of contempt of court. Previously jailed Dec. 12 to 15 on suspicion of burglary, theft, and trespass; March 1 on suspicion of driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and transporting an open container of alcohol;, March 11 on suspicion of theft and criminal damage to property; May 5 to 6 on suspicion of a controlled substance and stolen property, driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked, and interference with law enforcement; and July 26 on probable cause of having a warrant in the state.
