ARRESTS AND BOOKINGS

NEW ARRESTS

Micah Bailey, 42, Florence, jailed July 10 for failing to appear in court; released an hour later on $6,000 in surety bonds. It was his third jailing this year for failing to appear in court. He previously was jailed March 28 and June 16. In each of those cases, he was released within an hour on cash bond, first of $150 then of $300.

Hui Bui, 39, Wichita, arrested Sunday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of driving with a canceled, suspended, or revoked license; released an hour later on $1,000 surety bond.

Emily Caldwell, 35, Peabody, arrested early Tuesday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of domestic battery and endangering a child.

Terry Clover, 65, Peabody, jailed July 10 for probation violation; released Friday on $2,500 surety bond. It was Clover’s third jailing of the year. He was jailed Feb. 12, also for probation violation, and was released a little more than an hour later on $5,000 surety bond. He also was jailed on court orders for 48 hours April 20.

Beretta Janzen, 22, Marion, arrested July 11 by Marion police on suspicion of aggravated battery and domestic battery; released a day later on $10,000 surety bond.

Jennifer McClellan, 45, Wichita, arrested Friday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of possessing marijuana, other drugs, and drug paraphernalia; driving with a canceled, suspended, or revoked license; and having a defective tail light on her vehicle.

Matt Nellans, 41, Peabody, arrested July 11 by Peabody police on suspicion of domestic battery; released less than an hour later on $1,000 surety bond.

Luis Perez, 28, Hillsboro, arrested July 9 by Hillsboro police on suspicion of criminal restraint, making a criminal threat, domestic battery, and criminal damage to property. It was his second arrest in less than a month. He also was arrested June 14 on suspicion of battery and was released the next day without bond.

Lauren Wolf, 33, Peabody, arrested Saturday by Peabody police on suspicion of driving with a canceled, suspended, or revoked license; released 5½ hours later on $2,000 surety bond. It was her third jailing in the past 12 months. She was arrested March 30 on suspicion of attempting to interfere with a law enforcement officer; she was released from that arrest less than two hours later on $2,000 surety bond. She also was arrested Nov. 27on suspicion of disorderly conduct; she was released from that arrest two days later on $1,000 surety bond.
