NEW jailings

Mathew L. Bice, 36, Marion, arrested Jan. 5 by Marion police on suspicion of possession of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released Jan. 6 on $2,500 surety bond. Previously jailed June 28 to Aug. 5 on suspicion of interference with law enforcement, possession of stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed firearm.

Joshua Lyndon-David Estey, 19, Hutchinson, arrested Jan. 6 by Peabody police on a warrant alleging contempt of court. Held without bond. Previously jailed Nov. 6 for failure to appear in court, Sept. 9 to 17 for failure to appear in court, March 26 to 29 for bail enforcement unlawful acts, and Dec. 19, 2019 to Feb. 19, 2020 on suspicion of rape, aggravated battery, and aggravated indecent liberties with a child.

Jennifer Flores, 20, Newton, arrested Friday by sheriff’s deputies to serve a 2-day sentence for driving under the influence and possession or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor.

Angelica M. Rios, 29, Pratt, arrested Jan. 8 by sheriff’s deputies on a warrant alleging probation violation. Released the same day on her own recognizance. Previously jailed Oct. 16, 2019, on a warrant alleging contempt of court, and Sept. 21 to 23, 2019, on suspicion of distribution of opiates, possession of marijuana, opiates, and drug paraphernalia, contributing to child misconduct, and no drug tax stamp.

Christopher J. Somerhalder, 46, Peabody, arrested Jan. 6 by Peabody police on a warrant alleging failure to appear in Ford County District Court. Released an hour-and-a-half later on $1,500 surety bond.
