A 39-year-old female victim of domestic violence in Oklahoma was arrested Saturday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of endangering a child, interfering with law enforcement, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and transporting an open container of alcohol. She was released Monday morning after posting a $10,000 bond. As required by law, jail records include her name and current town. At the request of Hillsboro police, however, the newspaper is not publishing this information so as not to alert her abuser to her current whereabouts.

Tory R. Elkins, 43, Oswego, jailed Friday on court orders. Released Tueday. Previously jailed four times for all or part of a total of nine days between April 8, 2022, and June 13, 2024. Previous jailings were on court orders twice, for failing to appear in court once, and on suspicion of two counts of possessing stimulants and single counts of possessing marijuana, another controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia. Held without bond.

Matthew N. Fay, 21, Hillsboro, arrested Monday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of disorderly conduct and making a criminal threat. Bond not set. Previously jailed Jan. 20 to 25, 2023, for allegedly violating his probation.

Nancy D. Garcia, 50, Florence, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed 12 times for a total of all or part of 237 days between Jan. 26, 2018, and June 15, 2024. Previous jailings were on court orders once, on hold for the Department of Corrections once, for failing to appear in court once, for allegedly violating her probation seven times, and on suspicion of three counts of domestic battery; two counts of driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked; and single counts of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, transporting an open container of alcohol, interfering with law enforcement, aggravated burglary, criminal restraint, failure to pay child support, assault, burglary, and violating a protective order.

Jeromy D. James, 43, Marion, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed June 28 to 30 on court orders; March 31, 2023, for allegedly violating his probation; and Sept. 5 and 6, 2021, on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, criminal damage to property, and criminal restraint.

Jesse L. Marshall, 44, Lincolnville, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy for allegedly violating probation. Released an hour later on his own recognizance. Previously jailed five times for a total of all or part of 169 days between Oct. 7, 2022, and May 22, 2024. Previous jailings were on court orders once, for allegedly violating his probation twice, and on suspicion of three counts of criminal damage to property; two counts of assault, assault of a law enforcement officer, and criminal trespassing; and single counts of making a false report of a felony, battery, aggravated burglary, aggravated battery, making a criminal threat, battery of a law enforcement officer, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, transporting an open container of alcohol, and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.

Ryleigh J. Petersen, 20, Hillsboro, arrested Thursday by Peabody police on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, transporting an open container of alcohol, underage possession of liquor, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Released 17 hours later after posting $6,000 in bonds.

Clifford J. Vanderzanden Jr., 46, Elmdale, jailed Monday for 10 days on court orders. Previously jailed May 5 to 8, 2023, on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and aggravated child endangerment.

Lauren R. Wolf, 39, Hutchinson, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed 27 times for a total of all or part of 258 days between Nov. 27, 2017, and March 18, 2024. Previous jailings were on court orders twice, for contempt of court once, for failing to appear in court four times, for allegedly violating her probation five times, and on suspicion of seven counts of criminal trespassing, three counts of disorderly conduct, and single counts of burglary, criminal damage to property, interfering with law enforcement, aggravated domestic battery, battery of a law enforcement officer, battery, making a criminal threat, assault, domestic battery, attempted interference with law enforcement, and driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.
