NEW ARRESTS

James R. Bolen, 38, no hometown listed, arrested Nov. 6 for being in contempt of court. Held without bond.

Joseph E. Fiedler, 27, Wichita, jailed Friday on court orders. Previously jailed Nov. 28 to Dec. 15, 2023, on suspicion of possession of stimulants, marijuana, and stolen property; criminal possession of a weapon by a felon; and contempt of court.

Fernando J. Figueroa-Rosello, 47, Wichita, jailed Thursday on suspicion of recklessly fleeing law enforcement, two counts of vehicle burglary, solicitation of theft, two counts of theft, failing to yield at a stop or yield sign, unlawfully using turn signals, and driving on the wrong side of the road. Held in lieu of a $10,000 bond.

David C. Keffer, 44, no hometown listed, jailed Friday on court orders. Previously jailed Aug. 9 to Sept. 13 and June 7 to 14 for the Kansas Department of Corrections and June 15, 2023, on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia and driving without a license and without liability insurance.

Ashlee M. Paquette, 28, Peabody, jailed Friday for failing to appear in court. Released 2½ hours later after posting a $1,000 bond. Previously jailed Oct. 25, also for failing to appear in court.

Stanley H. Warner Jr., 65, Marion, arrested Thursday by Marion police on suspicion of domestic battery. Released 12 hours later after posting a $1,500 bond.
