NEW JAILINGS

Rasheed L. Ashauun, 27, Maricopa, Arizona, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and speeding. Released 2½ hours later after posting a $2,500 bond.

Dominic J. Bartel, 20, Hillsboro, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of domestic battery, battery, making a criminal threat, and aggravated assault. Held in lieu of posting a $2,000 bond.

Chance D. Johnson, 22, Lyons, jailed Monday for 14 days on court orders. Previously jailed five times for a total of all or part of 116 days between May 29, 2023, and Oct. 7, 2025. Previous jailings were on a Butler County warrant; on suspicion of possessing stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia; for failing to appear in court; on court orders; and for allegedly violating his probation twice

Bell-One’ S. Meyer, 31, Wichita, jailed Friday for allegedly violating his probation. Held in lieu of posting a $20,000 bond. Previously jailed four times for a total of all or part of 121 days between July 25, 2023, and May 30, 2025. Previous jailings were on suspicion of distributing stimulants, possessing stolen property and drug paraphernalia, and attempting to flee or elude law enforcement; for failing to appear in court three times; and for allegedly violating his probation previously.

Christopher M. Troy, 37, Leonardville, jailed Dec. 30 for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of posting a $15,000 bond. Previously jailed four times for a total of all or part of 15 days between July 20, 2021, and June 24, 2023. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court twice, for being in contempt of court, and for allegedly violating his probation.
