NEW ARRESTS

Dustin W. Glenn, 41, Peabody, arrested Jan. 20 by Peabody police on suspicion of disorderly conduct and assault. Released 18 hours later after posting $2,000 in bonds. Previously jailed Sept. 15 and 16, 2020, on suspicion of being a pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs and Nov. 29 to Dec. 8, 2019, on court orders.

Richard T. Litton, 40, Peabody, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of aggravated burglary, aggravated assault, criminal damage, and possession of a hallucinogen. Held in lieu of posting a $100,000 bond. Previously jailed 11 times for a total of all or part of 679 days between Feb. 1, 2018, and Jan. 14, 2026. Previous jailings were on suspicion of disorderly conduct, falsely reporting a crime, aggravated assault, assault of a law enforcement officer (twice), endangering a child, criminal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, battery (twice), battery of a law enforcement officer, interfering with law enforcement (four times), domestic battery (three times), making a criminal threat (twice), criminal trespassing, and criminal damage to property (twice); for failing to appear in court three times; for allegedly violating his probation twice; and on court orders.

Alex J. Sanner, 64, Manhattan, arrested Jan. 20 by a state trooper for reasons not listed. Released two days later after posting $300 in bail.
