NEW JAILINGS

Devin L. Hanes, 35, McPherson, jailed Feb. 3 for McPherson County.

Ashlee M. Paquette, 29, Peabody, arrested Saturday by Peabody police for contempt of court, for allegedly violating her probation, and on suspicion of possessing stimulants. Held in lieu of posting $55,000 in bonds. Previously jailed Sept. 22 to Oct. 22; Nov. 8, 2024; and Oct. 25, 2024, all for failing to appear in court.

Harley D. Rummel, 25, Durham, arrested Sunday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of driving without a valid license. Released less than two hours later after posting a $1,000 bond.

Michael J. Sanchez, 39, Florence, arrested Saturday by Peabody police on suspicion of improper vehicle registration. Released an hour later after posting a $1,000 bond. Previously jailed Feb. 8 and 9, 2024, on suspicion of driving without a valid license.

Molly B. Schofield, 40, Wichita, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Sept. 11 and 12, 2024, for failing to appear in court; May 13 to 20, 2022, on suspicion of possessing stimulants, driving without a valid license, and driving a second time with a suspended license; May 2, 2022, for allegedly violating her probation; and Sept. 3, 2020, on suspicion of possessing and distributing a controlled substance and driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.

Macario Vicente Pacheco, 39, Centerville, Virginia, arrested Saturday by a state trooper on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, transporting an open container of alcohol, possessing marijuana, and driving in the wrong lane. Released 3½ hours later after posting a $2,500 bond.

Sharon M. Williams, 64, Lost Springs, arrested Feb. 3 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of disorderly conduct and making a criminal threat. Released 2½ hours later after posting a $2,500 bond.
