James Randall Scopel was formally charged Aug. 15 with theft and trespass.

Brandon Lail Farmer was formally charged Aug. 15 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lane Smith on June 19 entered a diversion agreement on two counts of battery. He agreed to pay $125 diversion fee, $158 court costs, and $45 booking fee.

Donald J. Miller on July 24 pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to four months’ probation and ordered to pay $158 courts costs, $45 booking fee, and $50 attorney fee.

Jeremy Hamm on July 24 pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to six months’ probation and ordered to pay $158 courts costs, $45 booking fee, $50 attorney fee, and a $100 fine.

Donald Dean Hokanson on July 24 pleaded no contest to domestic battery, criminal damage to property, and theft. On Aug. 8 Hokanson pleaded not guilty to two counts of domestic battery.

Cayla Lynn Voegeli was convicted Aug. 7 of theft and sentenced to a year’s probation.

Micah Donald Mashburn on Aug. 7 pleaded not guilty to possession of a hallucinogenic drug with intent to sell, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of cocaine.

Bradford A. Cody on Aug. 1 entered a plea agreement, pleading guilty to two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of probation.

Shawn Stahlheber on Aug. 1 entered a plea agreement, pleading no contest to two counts of domestic battery, and assault.

Clifford Vanderzanden on Aug. 2 pleaded no contest to possession of THC and was sentenced to six months’ probation and ordered to pay a $100 fine and $158 courts costs.

Debbie Shelton on Aug. 2 was bound over for trial on a charge of aggravated endangerment of a child.

A charge of interference with law enforcement filed against Karla K. Selle was dismissed Aug. 2.

Jack W. Shelton on Aug. 2 was bound over for trial on charges of aggravated endangering a child and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph Lee Stringer on Aug. 2 was bound over for trial on a charge of aggravated battery.
