Todd Michael Beneke was formally charged Sept. 28 with criminal possession of a firearm, possession of stolen property, fleeing an officer, and criminal discharge of a firearm. On Oct. 2, attorney Gary Price was appointed to represent him. Preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 1.

Scottie Ray Bradley was formally charged Oct. 3 with assault.

John Randall Davis was formally charged Oct. 3 with domestic battery.

Shawn Michael Leis was formally charged Oct. 4 with domestic battery and battery.

Steven Joel Wagoner on Sept. 12 pleaded not guilty to domestic battery.

Joseph Lee Stringer was convicted Sept. 20 of battery. Sentencing is set for Nov. 15.

Charles Neal Miles on Sept. 6 was bound over for trial on charges of residential burglary and felony theft.

Jonathan L. Mangold was convicted Oct. 2 of possession of morphine, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while his license was canceled, and transporting an open container of alcohol. He was sentenced to 30 months in prison and ordered to pay $1,298 costs, $150 attorney fee, $210 fines, with the sentence to run consecutive to an earlier case. Mangold’s court-appointed attorney on Oct. 4 filed an appeal of adverse rulings in his Oct. 2 sentencing.
