Bradley R. Billinger formally was charged June 17 with aggravated battery. In a separate case filed the same day, he was charged with domestic battery and disorderly conduct. Although the victim was the same in both cases, the dates of the alleged offenses were different.

Ardell P. Jones formally was charged June 14 with possession of methamphetamine and interference with law enforcement.

James Q. Letterman formally ws charged June 16 with furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Ashley B. Loomis was sentenced June 1 to six months’ probation for possession of stolen property to be served consecutive to probation in an earlier case and ordered to pay $158.

Cody S. Lunow pleaded no contest June 8 to driving under the influence and was sentenced to two days in jail and a year’s probation and ordered to pay $962.

Donta R. Roberts formally was charged June 16 with possession of methamphetamine, hydrocodone, and drug paraphernalia, and criminal possession of a firearm.

Lataija C. Scott formally was charged June 16 with possession of methamphetamine, hydrocodone, and drug paraphernalia, and criminal possession of a firearm.

Heidi A. Sellens formally was charged June 14 with possession of methamphetamine and interference with law enforcement.

Rickey D. Smith pleaded no contest June 8 to driving without a valid license and was sentenced to six months’ unsupervised probation and ordered to pay $250. Charges of driving with a license plate not assigned to the vehicle and having no proof of insurance were dismissed.

Julie M. Snyder pleaded no contest June 8 to driving while her license was revoked as a habitual violator and was sentenced to spend two days in jail and six months’ unsupervised probation and to pay $428. A charge of driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked was dismissed.
