Nicol R. Hardey, 43, Durham, formally was charged July 16 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, speeding 50 mph in a 30 mph zone, and failure to yield at a stop sign.

Raymond J. Johnston, 22, Hillsboro, formally was charged July 17 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, transporting an open bottle of liquor, speeding, and driving with defective tail lamps.

Kevin L. Lehrman formally was charged Friday with two counts of violation of a protection order.

Cheyanna M. Maggard formally was charged Friday with possession of THC and drug paraphernalia.

Trenton M. Miller, 27, Hillsboro, pleaded no contest July 1 to endangerment, stalking, and harassment by telephone.

Luis C. Perez, 34, Hillsboro, was sentenced June 12 to 48 hours in jail plus 28 days’ wearing an electronic monitor and 18 months’ community corrections for domestic battery and disorderly conduct. He was ordered to pay $878.

Johnathan C. Prebble formally was charged July 16 with possession of THC and drug paraphernalia, transporting an open container of alcohol, having a defective mirror, and failure to wear a seat belt.

Amanda M. Radke, 43, Ramona, formally was charged July 17 with two counts of giving a worthless check.

Keesha D. Schroeder formally was charged July 17 with two counts of giving a worthless check.

Athen J. Turner formally was charged July 16 with felony theft.

Bruce A. Whitenack formally was charged Friday with criminal damage to property.
