Javell Q. Evans, 21, Wichita, pleaded no contest April 7 to vehicular burglary and theft.

Andrew C. Green, 23, Peabody, entered a diversion agreement March 31 on charges of domestic battery, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct.

Johnathan C. Prebble, 22, Lincolnville, pleaded no contest April 8 to possession of THC and was sentenced to a year’s probation. Charges of transportation of liquor in an open container, driving with defective mirrors, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to wear a seatbelt were dismissed.

Julio C. Vizcarra, 30, Florence, pleaded no contest April 8 to aggravated assault.
