CLUB NOTES
Happy Hustlers
Dylan Kraus spoke about cat care, and Taryn Kraus gave a talk about photography when Happy Hustlers 4-H Club met at 7 p.m. May 8 at Marion Christian Church.
Taryn Kraus led the Pledge of Allegiance, and Peyton Ensey led the 4-H pledge. Roll was answered by listing the first thing members do when school gets out. In all, 22 members, 3 leaders, 6 parents, and 5 guests attended.
Johnny Ziemmermann advised members to pick up their 4-H shirts if they haven’t already. He also noted that Level 1 horse testing must be done by June 1.
Jodi Watkins noted that the county fair will be July 22 through 29.
Charlotte James and Jackson Salsbury are signed up for talks, and the Salsbury family is signed up to provide refreshments for the next meeting, scheduled for 7 p.m. June 5 at the church.
