Peabody man previously charged with 8 other crimes

A 30-year-old Peabody man was charged Thursday with two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
The charges involve two children and are filed as separate cases.
In one case, Donald J. Miller is accused of lewd fondling of a 13-year-old between August 20 and Sept. 15.
In the other case, Miller is accused of lewd fondling of a 12-year-old Oct. 10.
Both cases are charged as off-grid felonies subject to enhanced sentencing if Miller is convicted.
He previously has been charged with eight crimes in Marion County, one of them a felony and the others misdemeanors.
Among the charges were possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia; three times driving while his license was suspended; twice not having insurance; domestic battery; disorderly conduct; and interference with law enforcement.
