Meals on Wheels honors Bula Good

To celebrate Bula Good’s 101st birthday Sept. 25, the center sent her a piece of cake and asked delivery person Pam Harp to wish or sing her a happy birthday.

Harlow Warneke grilled hamburgers Sept. 27.

Court-appointed special advocate Hope Manchester of CASA of the Eighth Judicial District will give a program Oct. 11.

A Veterans Administration representative will visit at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Paperwork is available at the center.

Flu shots will be available from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Volunteers are needed to take care of the flowerbed by the entrance. Call (620) 382-2914.
