Thursday — Smoked sausage casserole, carrots, cake with fruit, whole- wheat roll.

Friday — Salmon patties, potato tots, carrot salad, rosy pears, one slice of bread.

Monday — Smothered pork chops, hashbrown casserole, broccoli, apple crisp, whole-wheat roll.

Tuesday — Hamburger steak, creamed peas and potatoes, pineapple dream, gelatin, whole-wheat roll.

Feb. 28 — Roast beef, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans with onions, cinnamon apples, whole-wheat roll.
