REPORTED
These offense reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies.
SHERIFF
Theft
Richard Enns, 58, Hillsboro, reported that a solar electric fence charger valued at $300 was stolen between noon Nov. 29 and 8:15 a.m. Dec. 29 from a field near 250th and Falcon Rds.
Criminal damage
Trent Hajek, 30, Lost Springs, reported that his mailbox in the 300 block of E. Chicago Ave. sustained $300 damage between 8 a.m. Dec. 23 and 5:20 p.m. Dec. 25.
Theft, criminal damage
Todd Tanner, 48, Tampa, reported that $40 in gasoline was stolen and $5 in auto parts and accessories were damaged between noon Dec. 28 and noon Dec. 29 at his residence on the 300 block of N. E St.
Criminal damage
Taylor Patterson, 21, Burns, reported that a window at his residence in the 500 block of W. Liberty St. was broken between 3:58 and 5:05 p.m. Dec. 29.
Possession of marijuana and paraphernalia
Deputy Bronson Shipman reported seizing a gram of marijuana, a glass pipe, and a marijuana grinder, apparently during a traffic stop at 10:26 p.m. Dec. 31 near US-77 and K-256.
Shipman’s report does not identify from whom the material was seized but does state that the person had a prior conviction for marijuana possession.
According to jail records, no one was arrested in connection with the seizure.
