Patrick Dye, 45, Marion, reported thefts of five toolboxes worth $338, 10 power tools worth $1,353, and 20 hand tools worth $1,828 between 23:59 Saturday and 7 a.m. Sunday from his residence in the 200 block of S. Lincoln St.

Peabody

Possession of methamphetamine

A man in his 50s, of an unknown residence, was found with methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in his vehicle Nov. 4 during a traffic stop in the 100 block of N. Walnut St., according to police chief Bruce Burke The man, unnamed by police, was parked in a public parking stall with an expired tag. Police are pursuing a long-form offense case, and a report is pending.
