Thursday — Smothered pork cutlet, baked sweet potato, carrots, applesauce, oatmeal cookie, whole wheat roll.

Friday— Santa Fe soup, broccoli, peanut butter cookie, peaches.

Monday—Bierock casserole, roasted redskinned potatoes, green beans, fruit cocktail.

Tuesday— Orange chicken, herbed rice pilaf, tossed salad, mixed vegetables, cinnamon baked apples, muffin.

Jan. 25 — Roast turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, candied carrots, cranberry apples, pumpkin crunch cakes, whole wheat roll.

Jan. 26 — Cream of potato soup, hamburger on a bun, lettuce and tomato, peas, lime sprinkled pears.
