These accident reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:
SHERIFF
US-50 west of Pawnee Rd.
Scott A. Coffee, 55, DeSoto, suffered what were described as very minor injuries when he hit a deer at 7:35 a.m. Oct. 23 with a 2024 Toyota Camry, according to one of five accident reports released Friday by the sheriff’s office.
According to deputy Landis Goodman’s report, Coffee’s hands were injured when air bags deployed.
Landis listed the Toyota, owned by EAN Holdings of Tulsa, as destroyed with damage to its front half and undercarriage.
K-256 east of Eisenhower St.
Daniel T. Rudolph, 27, Peabody, hit a deer at 6:59 p.m. Oct. 26 with his 2025 Honda Civic, which remained drivable with damage to its front third.
290th Rd. west of Nighthawk Rd.
Michella L. Klenda, 35, rural Lincolnville, hit a deer at 7:55 a.m. Oct. 27 with a 2024 Ford F-150.
The pickup, owned by Bradley J. Klenda of the same address, sustained disabling damage to its front third and was towed.
US-50 west of Quail Creek Rd.
Amanda E. Dameron, 42, Marion, hit a deer at 11:20 a.m. Oct. 27 with her 2017 Chevrolet Equinox.
The Chevy sustained damage characterized as minor to its driver’s side.
Justin J. Dameron, 40, of the same address, was a passenger.
Remington Rd. south of 240th Rd.
Trying to avoid an animal in the road at 6:39 p.m. Oct. 28, Kathleen I. Svitak, 69, rural Marion, swerved her 2023 Chrysler Pacifica off the right side of the road and into a ditch and culvert marker.
The Chrysler remained drivable with damage to its front, hood, windshield, and undercarriage.
Teresa Klenda, 75, rural Marion, was a passenger.
