Brandon Klenda

Funeral Mass for Brandon L. Klenda, 39, Lincolnville, who passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at his home, was 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church in Pilsen.

He was to be laid to rest in Pilsen Cemetery.

His family gathered with friends 5 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at Yazel-Megli Funeral Home, Marion. A vigil service was at 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at the church.

Brandon’s life began Sept. 20, 1985, in Salina. His parents were Stephen and Tamie (Swarts) Klenda.

Brandon worked throughout the area as a handyman. He enjoyed fishing, demolition derby cars, and his dog, Buddy.

Brandon is survived by his mother, Tamie Klenda of Lincolnville; siblings Stephanie Byer (and husband Chris) of Hays and Russell Klenda of Wamego; and nieces and nephews Preston Klenda, Alexis Klenda, Lyndsie Byer, Reghan Byer, Ryleigh Byer, and Casen Byer.

His father preceded him in death.
