NEW JAILINGS

Michael P. Blevins, 36, Los Angeles, arrested Thursday by Marion police for failing to appear in court. Released half an hour later after posting $500 cash.

Nicholas A. Bowen, 37, Marion, arrested Monday by Marion police on warrant alleging aggravated solicitation of domestic battery. Released 1½ hours later after posting a $5,000 bond.

Brandon I. Davidson, 23, Wichita, arrested Nov. 28 by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possessing marijuana and stolen property and of being a felon in possession of a weapon. Held in lieu of $15,000 bond.

Angela D. Doty, 46, Peabody, jailed Monday on court orders pending a presentence evaluation. Previously jailed Dec. 21 to 23 on suspicion of violating her probation, possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia, failing to have a marijuana tax stamp, and failing to exhibit a driver’s license on demand.

Joseph E. Fiedler, 26, Wichita, arrested Nov. 28 by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possessing stimulates, marijuana, and stolen properly and of begin a felon in possession of a weapon. Held in lieu of $27,000 in bonds.

John D. Harding, 23, Florence, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy and held for the state department of corrections. Previously jailed Aug. 23 to Oct. 6, 2021, on suspicion of criminal damage to property and July 15, 2020, to Jan. 21, 2021, on suspicion of aggravated indecencies with a minor and sodomy of a child age 14 to 16.

Brent N. Potocnik, 35, Hillsboro, jailed Friday for allegedly violating his probation. Released an hour later after posting a $2,500 bond. Previously jailed July 23, 2022, on suspicion of domestic battery.

Kelby J. Schmidt, 30, Halstead, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed eight times for a total of 43 days between Feb. 10, 2022, and Oct. 17, 2023. Previous jailings were on court orders five times, for allegedly violating his probation once, and on suspicion of criminal damage, attempted harassment by a telecommunications device, reckless driving, interference with law enforcement, and being a pedestrian under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Eric J. Williams, 35, Marion, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy for failing to appear in court. Released two hours later after posting a $2,500 bond. Previously jailed 23 times for a total of 203 days between Dec. 21, 2017, and Feb. 6, 2023. Previous jailings were on court orders twice, for failing to appear in court 14 times, for allegedly violating probation three times, for revocation of bond, for being in contempt of court three times, being held for the department of corrections, and on suspicion of driving within a valid license; burglary; felony criminal damage to property; fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement; possession of stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia; and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.
