NEW JAILINGS
Tammy J. Bremer, 54, Florence, jailed Saturday for 48 hours on court orders.
Tessa D. Gray, 42, Peabody, jailed Nov. 13 for 60 hours on court orders. Previously jailed 11 times for a total of all or part of 35 days between March 27, 2018, and May 2, 2024. Previous jailings were for allegedly violating her probation four times, for failing to appear in court three times, on court orders once, and on suspicion of criminal use of a financial card and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jordan Nowak, 39, McPherson, arrested Nov. 13 by a sheriff’s deputy for allegedly violating his probation. Released Friday after posting a $10,000 bond. Previously jailed Jan. 26 to 28 and Nov. 11 to 12, 2023, on court orders and Oct. 1 to Nov. 19, 2020, on suspicion of two counts of burglary, one count of conspiracy to commit burglary, and one count of criminal damage to property.
Austin E. Stahlheber, 21, Hillsboro, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed seven times for a total of all or part of 19 days between Jan. 23, 2023, and Oct. 27, 2024. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court four times, for allegedly violating his probation once, on court orders once, and on suspicion of domestic battery (twice), disorderly conduct, underage possession of liquor, criminal damage to property, and possession of stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
Brandon S. Toon, 40, Florence, jailed Nov. 13 for failing to appear in court three times and on suspicion of violating offender registration. Held in lieu of a $50,000 bond. Previously jailed 10 times for a total of all or part of 79 days between May 14, 2020, and Feb. 28, 2024. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court 33 times, for allegedly violating his probation four times, and on suspicion of trafficking in contraband in a correctional facility, criminal damage to property, criminal trespassing, displaying a license plate not assigned, and possessing stimulants, a controlled substance (twice), marijuana (three times), and drug paraphernalia (three times).
Ian A. Weisbeck, 47, Hillsboro, arrested Sunday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of vehicle burglary and criminal trespassing. Held in lieu of posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed 10 times for a total of all or part of 236 days between Nov. 26, 2018, and June 8, 2024. Previous jailings were on court orders once, for failing to appear in court five times, for allegedly violating his probation seven times, and on suspicion of domestic battery three times and criminal damage to property once.
