NEW JAILINGS

Angela D. Doty, 47, Peabody, jailed Monday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed five times for a total of all or part of 29 days between Dec. 21, 2022, and Sept. 8, 2024. Previous jailings were on court orders three times, for allegedly violating her probation twice, and on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia, having no marijuana tax stamp, and failing to display her driver’s license on demand.

James R.A. McColl, 51, Lehigh, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of domestic battery. Held in lieu of posting a $2,500 bond. Previously jailed March 5 to May 30 on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery

Decorda D. Owens, 26, Fort Riley, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy for failing to appear in court. Released two hours later after posting $350 in bail.
