NEW JAILINGS

NeCole R. Armstrong, 41, Grand Junction, Colorado, arrested Sunday by Marion police on suspicion of possessing stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Bond not set.

Mathew L. Bice, 41, Newton, jailed Thursday for Kansas Department of Corrections. Previously jailed five times for a total of all or part of 102 days between June 28, 2020, and Jan. 2, 2023. Previous jailings were on suspicion of distributing stimulants; interfering with law enforcement; possessing stolen property (twice), stimulants, a controlled substance, marijuana, drug paraphernalia (twice), and drug manufacturing paraphernalia; driving with a suspended license (twice); and illegally carrying of a concealed weapon

Johnathan D. Crosby, 37, Grand Junction, Colorado, arrested Sunday by Marion police on suspicion of possessing stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Bond not set.

Vito N. Espinoza, 31, Hillsboro, arrested Friday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of driving with a suspended license. Released 2½ hours later after posting a $2,000 bond.

William L. Hallock, 40, Auburn, Kentucky, arrested Monday by the undersheriff on suspicion of violating an order of protection from abuse. Released three hours later after posting a $1,000 bond.

David C. Keffer, 45, Lyons, jailed April 1 for allegedly violating his probation. Held in lieu of posting a $20,000 bond. Previously jailed five times for a total of all or part of 74 days between June 15, 2023, and Nov. 25, 2025. Previous jailings were for allegedly violating his probation and on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia and driving without a valid license.

Oscar Pimentel-Rodriguez, 20, Newton, arrested March 31 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing stimulants and possessing liquor by a minor. Released 48 hours later after posting a $5,000 bond.

Belinda S. Robinson, 49, Manhattan, jailed March 31 for allegedly violating her probation. Held in lieu of posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed Feb. 13 to 23 on court orders and April 23 to 29 on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia.

Deann N. Spencer, 46, Peabody, jailed Saturday for Kansas Department of Corrections. Previously jailed five times for a total of all or part of 36 days. Previous jailings were on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, for contempt of court, on court orders, and for allegedly violating her probation.

Michelle L. Stevens, 38, Peabody, jailed Monday for contempt of court, failing to appear in court, and on suspicion of possessing stimulants. Held in lieu of posting $25,000 in bonds. Previously jailed July 11, 2022, on suspicion of possessing depressants, marijuana, another controlled substance, an unlawfully obtained prescription drugs, and drug paraphernalia; April 2 to 4, 2025, on suspicion of possessing marijuana and another controlled substance; and Aug. 16, 2025, for allegedly violating her probation and on suspicion of disorderly conduct.

Chad M. Thompson, 40, Palisade, Colorado, arrested Sunday by Marion police on suspicion of possessing stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license. Bond not set.

Eric J. Williams, 38, Marion, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving with a suspended license. Released 2½ hours later after posting a $2,000 bond. Previously jailed 29 times for a total of all or part of 234 days between Dec. 21, 2017, and March 6, 2026. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court 18 times, for allegedly violating his probation four times, on court orders three times, for contempt of court three times, for allegedly violating his parole once, for revocation of bond once, on hold for the Kansas Department of Corrections once, and on suspicion of single counts of burglary; domestic battery; driving without a valid license; felony criminal damage to property; fleeing law enforcement; possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana, and stimulants; theft; criminal damage to property; and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.
