NEW JAILINGS

Jordan E. Brundage, 31, Peabody, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, marijuana, general drug paraphernalia, and paraphernalia to manufacture drugs; interfering with law enforcement; criminal trespassing; and disorderly conduct. Bond not set.

Skyler B. Farha, 44, Florence, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of burglary. Held in lieu of posting a $2,500 bond.

Dale Hall Jr., 29, held for unspecified reasons Monday for McPherson County.

William L. Hallock, 40, Auburn, Kentucky, arrested Dec. 3 by the sheriff on suspicion of violating offender registration and an order or protection. Released 11 hours later after posting a $10,000 bond.

Brittany N. Hamilton, 35, Florence, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia, theft by deception, interfering with law enforcement, and driving an unregistered vehicle. Held in lieu of posting $5,500 in bonds.

Donald D. Hokanson, 43, Topeka, jailed Dec. 3 for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of posting a $10,000 bond. Previously jailed Dec. 11, 2023, on suspicion of violating an order of protection and Sept. 28 and 29, 2020, on suspicion of domestic battery.

Kirby A. Jahnke, 53, Herington, jailed Dec. 2 for allegedly violating his probation. Held in lieu of posting a $2,500 bond. Previously jailed six times for a total of all or part of 171 days between Dec. 17, 2018, and Sept. 11, 2024. Previous jailings were on suspicion of aggravated battery, criminal restraint, domestic battery, and forgery; for allegedly violating his probation once before; for failing to appear in court three times; and on court orders.
