Tommy E. McBride, 43, Florence, pleaded no contest Feb. 13 to possession of methamphetamine. Charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed. Sentencing is scheduled for Monday.
Osvaldo O. Bigas was sentenced Sept. 20 to pay $240 for speeding.
Tammy J. Bremer formally was charged June 3 with giving a worthless check.
Sebastian J. L. Carranza, 22, Florence, was sentenced May 20 to 18 months’ probation and ordered to pay $413 for possession of methamphetamine.
Luis F. Y. Corral was sentenced March 11 to pay $208 for driving without a valid license.
Nicholas S. Hoffner, 32, Durham, formally was charged June 4 with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia; criminal disposal of explosives; and transporting an open container of alcohol.
Xavier L. Hurt pleaded no contest March 24 to promoting obscenity to a minor. He was sentenced May 20, but court records do not contain information on his sentence.
Kristopher L. Kienzle, 48, Wichita, pleaded no contest May 20 to possession of methamphetamine. Charges of distribution of methamphetamine; and possession of stolen property and drug paraphernalia were dismissed. Sentencing is scheduled for Monday.
Stuart F. Parks, 64, Marion, formally was charged June 3 with making a criminal threat, two counts of domestic battery, and assault.
Samantha N. Schmidt, 38, Goessel, pleaded no contest Feb. 26 to residential burglary. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana were dismissed. Sentencing is scheduled for Monday.
Deann N. Spencer, 44, Peabody, pleaded no contest Feb. 26 to possession of fentanyl and was sentenced May 20 to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $713.
