An amended complaint was filed Aug. Anthony M. Garcia, 32, Haysville, was sentenced Aug. 13 to a year’s community corrections and ordered to pay $3,503.50 plus $2,945.50 restitution for theft by deception.

Tanner L. Jasper, 25, Hillsboro, pleaded no contest Aug. 12 to possession of marijuana and was sentenced to spend 68 days in jail, but given 68 days credit for time already served, and ordered to pay $208.

Monica L. Liles pleaded no contest July 8 to driving without a valid license and was ordered to pay $208.

Karlie R. Wiser, 44, Kansas City, Missouri, pleaded no contest Aug. 21 to possession of methamphetamine. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without valid registration, driving without proof of insurance, and failure to drive in the right lane were dismissed.
