Dorothy L. Caldwell, 39, Crawley, Texas, pleaded no contest Oct. 9 to driving without a driver’s license and was ordered to pay $208.

Justin L. Chrisjohn, 47, Marion, formally was charged Oct. 15 with two counts of domestic battery.

Deshala M. Daniels, 33, Independence, Missouri, was sentenced Oct. 3 to a year’s community corrections and ordered to pay $916 for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Andrew C. Green, 24, Peabody, formally was charged Oct. 15 with domestic battery, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct.

Nicholas S. Hoffner, 32, Durham, was sentenced Oct. 8 to a year’s probation for possession of methamphetamine and violation of a protective order.

Heidi E. Lee-Ryder formally was charged Oct. 15 with theft.

Tyler D. Patterson pleaded no contest Oct. 2 to two counts of battery.

Austin E. Stahlheber, 21, Hillsboro, pleaded no contest Sept. 13 to criminal damage to property. A second count of criminal damage to property was dismissed. In a second case Sept. 13, he pleaded no contest to criminal damage to property and a second count of criminal damage to property was dismissed. A charge of domestic battery filed in a third case was dismissed Sept. 13. He was sentenced to 12 months’ probation and ordered to pay $203.

Blake A. Ware, 29, Hillsboro, formally was charged Oct. 15 with aggravated domestic battery and criminal damage to property.
