These offense reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

HILLSBORO

Criminal threat, disorderly conduct

Reportedly upset by a phone conversation about work and finances, Matthew N. Fay, 21, Hillsboro, allegedly threatened to kill his stepfather, David H. Koehn, 57, Hillsboro, at 4:55 p.m. July 22.

Officer John Huebert’s report states that the threat was witnessed by Fay’s mother, Sandra Koehn, 53.

Huebert arrested Fay on suspicion of making a criminal threat and disorderly conduct.

Fay was released from Marion County Jail four days later after posting a $5,000 bond.

Theft

Owner Tiffany L. Bruckner, 30, Marion, reported that a 2010 Chevrolet Equinox needing extensive repair and left Sept. 1 at Midway Motors’ parking lot at 614 N. Ash St., was missing when she attempted to locate it at 3 p.m. July 23.

The sport-utility vehicle was valued at $5,000. Investigation is continuing.

Drunken driving, failure to yield

Tiffany K. Rose, 37, Hillsboro, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs after officer John Huebert stopped her 1999 GMC Sierra at 8:50 a.m. Friday in the 100 block of N. Ash St. for failing to yield.

According to monitored transmissions, her blood-alcohol level was 0.159, nearly twice the legal limit of 0.08.

She was released from Marion County Jail three hours later after posting a $2,500 bond.

Identity theft and fraud

Great Plains Federal Credit Union employee Michon D. Robertson, 61, Marion, reported that her email address, username, password, personal identification number, name, and address from a Verizon Wireless account were stolen July 26.

PEABODY

Criminal use of financial card

A bank card stolen from Peabody Health and Rehab, 407 N. Locust St., was used to make $1,129 in unauthorized purchases between noon July 15 and 11:42 a.m. July 17, according to a report released Monday.
