These offense reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

Criminal damage, possession of stolen items

A stolen trailer, a winch, and six chains, together valued at $4,650, were recovered with damages around 8 p.m. Aug. 12 from a residence listed as being owned by April N. Fore in the 600 block of N. Locust St. in Peabody.

The items, owned by Matthew L. Druse of Marion, earlier had been reported as stolen from a garage near Walnut and Santa Fe Sts. in Marion.

The theft was reported in last week’s issue by Marion police.

Burglary

A low-profile floor jack, two jack stands, and three gasoline cans, together valued at $520, were reported stolen between Aug. 1 and noon Sunday from the residence of John A. Ottensmeier, 43, in the 200 block of S. Freeborn St.

No signs of forced entry were noted.
